ShriyaÂs special song for ÂKandireegaÂ

Shriya, once a top heroine who worked with several top artistes like Nagarjuna and Chiranjeevi, became a big heroine after getting an opportunity to play opposite Rajanikanth for ÂSivajiÂ.
After that she tried her hand in Bollywood but failed to click there. After that she tried to return to the south, but failed to get good opportunities as many young heroines occupied the slots.
She, however, is trying to make her presence felt in some item numbers, err special songs.
The latest buzz is that she is getting ready to sizzle in a special song for ÂKandireega with Ram and Hansika in the lead roles, directed by Santosh Srinivas and produced by Bellamkonda Suresh on the banner of Sri Sai Ganesh Productions.
It is worth mentioning here that she also did one such special song in RamÂs debut film ÂDevadasuÂ. The film unit sources say, ÂShriya was asked to do the special song to pull as many crowds.Â
Thaman is wielding the baton for music for the movie.
